Title: OPENSTEP 4.2 for black hardware...
Post by: helf on March 11, 2006, 02:45:33 pm
Anyone know where I can get a copy? Now that I finally have a SCSI cd drive working, I'd like to upgrade to OPENSTEP :)

I just purchased Nextstep 3.3 from Rob Blessin (Black Hole Inc.).
He also carries Openstep for NeXT hardware. He also had an
interesting bit on his website (http://blackholeinc.com/):

"Major announcement: Black Hole , Incorporated and Apple, NeXT Help is here, NeXT World, FAQ, Links, Petition to revive Openstep Worked!"

Which I don't know what it means but he may be able to explain it
(the link is dead). He can be reached at 303-741-9998 (it may take
repeated calls).

I think I have an Openstep 4.1 or 4.0 that I can sell. CD only (but originals).
I'll check and let you know.

Thanks for the replies. If you find those cd's, I'll be glad to take them off you, gaspar :)
