I'm wondering too - I just rebuilt my iPhone and now the app has disappeared.

I still have the app on my computer (v0.7) but I don't know of a way to load it onto my phone now that Apple has removed app control from iTunes.

You can still install apps with current iTunes versions.

Go to your device in iTunes and drag the .ipa file onto the device in the bottom left pane of iTunes.

Thanks for the tip - I didn't know you could do that.  I was able to reinstall the app today.
