yes, that's NeXTSTEP 2.0. the demo running is named "Guided Tour.app" and I think it was made and/or played back using "ShowAndTell". there's also a voice-over you can hear on an older recording I did -> https://youtu.be/m-txKqrCeqw


I ran Previous (the NeXT 68k emulator) on my Mac and simply recorded it with Screenium (a screenrecorder).
