I am SOOO happy. I am getting a //e and maybe a IIgs! Isnt that great!
So, anyone have any drives to sell?

I would sell my 20mb internal Vulcan drive but I want to keep it for my IIgs.

congratulations! they are both great computers. It will be hard to find working 5 1/4 disk drives. All mine are long gone. You might have better luck finding the 800k 3.5 drives for the gs though as they were parts compatible with period macs.

I had a blast w/ my IIgs back in the day. Very Happy They were fun systems. I still have a IIgs emulator for NEXTSTEP/OPENSTEP somewhere. It didn't have any sound, but it did boot up a hard drive image w/ ROM1/ROM3 support. I'll have to try to find that again. hehe. Have fun w/ the new boxes.

Yeah, the Apple IIs are great. In fact, I still have several machines at home and currently run a FPGA implementation of a //e on my Xilinx evaluation board (16 MHz! Smile)

Nice grab, as I also love my //'s. I have a whole stack of //gs systems (at least 6 but possibly more) that I got from a local school that was clearing stuff out, so let me know what you need and I will see what I have.
