You’re looking at the first DB-19 connector to be made in the 21st century:
BMOW has gone and had 1000 brand new connectors manufactured.

For the mac people that's great for those making floppy emulators but for the NeXT crowd it means that new mono monitor cable or Y-cables can be manufactured if one so desires to inquire with him.
