I paid 24 euros for the complete shell. Since it is made in PLA, it is easy to drill the hole for the VGA port in the position you prefer.

24 EUR is a very good price for the 3d-printing service. I printed one with
https://www.craftcloud3d.com/ which is by far the best service I tried so far.
They charged 36 EUR (incl. shipping). The price without shipping was 28,22 EUR.

I ordered two NU_IO cards from Brian: as soon as I receive them, I try to change the shell design that the 3D service has previously printed to me.

I had the shell design changed to accommodate Brian's NU_IO card, and this is the result:

I don't have the STL file because the developer wants to sell me only the 3D printed objects, not the project files ... For this new complete shell I paid 23 euros.
