Ariel ProPort 656

I just bought one of these BIN for $32 and expect it to arrive in a couple days; it appears to include the power supply but no DSP cable.

Has anyone ever used one of these? I expect it's probably superficially similar to the Ariel DSP microphone that Pentium reviewed last year except you'd need to bring your own standard microphone or use line input. I'll try SoundWorks and see what happens.

Anything special needed for the DSP cable? Older Macintosh monitors used DB15 connectors, so male-to-male cables are fairly plentiful on eBay.
